Instructor Hiring Policy

1. Preliminary Application:

All potential teacher candidates must submit a detailed application form providing information on academic qualifications, teaching experience, and relevant skills.

The initial screening process will assess candidates based on minimum qualification requirements and alignment with the institute’s values.

2. Written Test:

Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a comprehensive written test covering Quranic knowledge, Tajweed rules, and teaching methodologies.

The written test aims to evaluate the candidate’s depth of understanding and proficiency in Quranic studies.

3. Speaking Test:

Candidates successful in the written test will undergo a speaking test to assess their ability to articulate and communicate effectively.

This phase evaluates the candidate’s spoken English, clarity in delivering lessons, and interpersonal communication skills.

4. Interview:

Shortlisted candidates will participate in a thorough interview with the hiring committee.

The interview will delve into the candidate’s teaching philosophy, experience, and alignment with the institute’s values.

5. Reference Check:

A reference check will be conducted to verify the candidate’s work history, teaching experience, and overall professional conduct.

Positive references are essential for the candidate to proceed to the next stage.

6. Contractual Agreement:

Successful candidates will be required to sign a contractual agreement committing to a minimum term of 3 months.

The contract outlines the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of the teacher, as well as the institute’s commitment to providing a conducive teaching environment.

7. Free Training with Certificate:

Newly hired teachers will undergo a mandatory training program conducted by the institute’s Training Staff.

The training program covers Quranic knowledge, Quran reading rules, Tajweed rules, communication skills, and effective use of internet technologies.

A certificate of completion will be awarded to teachers upon successfully completing the training.

8. Compensation Structure:

Teachers will receive compensation on a per-student basis.

A bonus structure is in place for exceptional teachers who demonstrate extraordinary services and commitment.

9. Student Limitation:

Each teacher is allowed to teach a maximum of 5 students.

Exceptions may be made for exceptional cases, allowing up to 7 students, subject to approval by the administration.

10. Bonus and Recognition:

Teachers exceeding expectations and providing exceptional services will be eligible for bonuses.

Awards and recognition will be given to teachers who consistently go above and beyond in delivering high-quality education.

11. Experience Certificate:

Teachers completing a minimum of 6 months of service with the institute will be eligible to receive an Experience Certificate.

The certificate acknowledges their commitment and valuable contributions during their tenure.
